Wellness Conversations

Elizabeth enjoys gathering with groups for mental health and well-being conversations as well as offering speaking engagements in the community. These opportunities foster growth and connection, often exploring topics such as anxiety, grief, relationships, boundaries, and healthy friendships.

A meaningful area of this work is supporting those in caregiving roles.

Are you in a caregiving role—whether raising children, caring for a loved one, or working in a helping profession—or carrying multiple of these roles at once? Do you find meaning in this work, yet feel emotionally or physically weary in the process?

If so, you may be interested in a short-term caregiver support group designed to offer reflection, connection, and support among those who understand the emotional demands of caregiving.

Let Elizabeth know if you are interested.

Elizabeth enjoyed this opportunity to share with parents about about supporting kids with anxiety both in general and specifically as testing season was approaching.

Elizabeth enjoyed this opportunity to work with therapist, Karen Fortuno, to provide a mini marriage retreat “The Marriage You Long For.” We loved working together to support relationships.

Elizabeth loved gathering with this lovely group of moms during the Soul Care Workshop hosted by MOPS-Mothers of Preschoolers.

Elizabeth enjoyed this opportunity to share about anxiety and hope with the local women's ministry Gather and Grow group at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church.
